Press Left Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock Button + Ok

with the help of Numeric Keypad e.g ( Press and Hold the following Keys )

7 for cross left above
8 for above
9 for cross right above
4 for left
6 for right
1 for cross left down
2 for cross down
3 for cross right down

For Normal Click Press 5
or
Default setting. Left Alt + Left Shift + Num Lock
